After purchase your knittingpattern will be sent to your e-mail. Please make sure to send the correct email.

Knitting patterns purchased on LOOPSBYHanneHelms are for personal use and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.

that your 14-day right of withdrawal expires.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.
Complaint regarding errors and defects must be reported to LOOPSBYHanneHelms within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here the max. period of two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
